Catspaw
From Cruising
1969 Paceship Westwind, Hull #82, "Catspaw"
I bought Catspaw in the summer of 2004, in Port Clinton, Ohio (Lake Erie). She had been stored indoors there for the previous twelve years, and had one owner since 1972, so she may be one of the most 'original' Westwinds around. I sailed back about 600 miles, through Lake Ontario and the St. Lawrence Seaway, to Montreal.
She's a steady boat, due to the displacement, and the shoal draft/centreboard setup is nice downwind or in shallow waters
